Meeting the King [Request]

Otonashi, while his registration for a village house is pending, chooses to go to one place where most would be afraid to go, yet others would be honoured: The Kingdom of the Undercity. Here, Otonashi was told that one of the two existing castles were present; the other being ascended high in the clouds. It was also mentioned that the King lives here: Shikyo. As a superhuman, Otonashi doubted to be respected fairly in these grounds, though at the same time, he didn't care. Otonashi simply wished to introduce himself to the king, and grant himself an opportunity to join royalty. On the way, Otonashi encountered a guarded area. He wasn't sure what to make of this situation, and so he chose to request Shikyo's presence from a guard. Otonashi had a strong purpose to meet him, anyways. Albeit, he watched the demons surrounding him while awaiting the King.

I was on my way to see Shikyo. I had been told I was prince by echo. But I was unsure what my duties were. So I was here to find out. I strode towards te castle gates. I liked walking sometimes. As I approached the checkpoint I saw a bit of a commotion "what's going on here!?" I beamed as te guards stood at attention revealing the human.

As Otonashi heard another man, for safety purposes, he immediately activates Altering Reality. With this, if anybody were to attack Otonashi, for a brief period of time, they would actually be hurting themselves. "Are you here to speak to the King, too?" Otonashi asks, "If you demons still despise humans, I'll gladly leave. However, as one who remembers the war, Echo never attacked us. I can cooperate."

"Are you from the human Capitol...?" I said. Wondering if I should feel guilty for halving the population.

"So you're him...huh?" Otonashi replied, "I'm not here for revenge against the demons. Yes, I am a human, but I'm here to request something from the King; not kill you." Otonashi looked directly at this man as he spoke his name. "People sure know you, where I live, though I'm willing to forgive you if you're willing never to touch my people again. There's no point."

"No... Your king is Shikyo... I am merely your prince... I can't say I'm overly sorry about killing almost everyone at the human Capitol.... But.... I guess I can feel some remorse." I placed my hand on his shoulder. Then we were inside the citadel. "I can't really promise anything... I rather enjoy killing... Shikyo may offer you a deal though.." I walked towards a door at the end of a long anti chamber "how attached are you to your soul..?

Ragecano was just invited to dinner with the king, and found himself in proper attire, walking towards the palace. From there, Ragecano saw a demon. Perhaps the same demon who caused a void to pop up, shooting bullets at the top of his head. "I really hope the people in here won't mind my smoking," For Ragecano was holding a pack of cigarettes in the pocket of his blazer. He was going to need those cigarettes to relax himself if anything went wrong.

Otonashi laughs softly to Ren's comment. "I was referring you as the killer of my race; not the King." Otonashi comments before finding himself in the citadel. He was rather disappointed in Ren for still enjoying death. Has this man not learned about karma? Albeit, Otonashi stops as he sees Ren approach some unknown area. "My soul is not for sale, auction or rent." Otonashi grins, "How attached are you to your soul?"

"What soul?" I chuckled as I looked back at him. Reading his habits. Psychology and studying him in many other ways I had picked up "I'm looking for another bishop..." I smiled as a void opened. Dropping a contract and a bishop chess piece infront of him "when you inevitably die... I'll take your soul as payment for bringing you back..." I could tell he disliked my personality "before you get any ideas about me... I'm cold... And destructive... And I will kill you I you cross me... In a hart beat... So...now that's out of te way.. Let's go."

"Go where?" Otonashi asks. His face expressed lack of emotion; no fear, worry or concern written on his face. "My death is not inevitable, and eventually, you'll find that out, yourself." The same grin appears on Otonashi's face as he makes this comment. "I promise not to provoke you if you don't provoke me, alright?" Otonashi requests, "Make this promise with me, and I'll enter that room."

"I don't make bargains unless they aid me..." I turned back towards the door and walked towards it "it's not my fault if you get lost in here... I thought you wanted to see Shikyo though.

Otonashi glares at Ren as he speaks of the risk of getting lost. "Getting lost, huh?" Otonashi comments, "This seems like a trick." And with this, instantaneously, with his Arc of Space, Otonashi was gone, wishing to see the King, himself, at his own throne. The Prince didn't seem trustworthy, anyways.

I had a guess at where he had gone. The execution of te magic was simaler to arc of time. I needed more void magic ... So I walked through the larde double doors and emerged into the throne room behind otonashi "Baka...." I muttered

A grin appears on Otonashi's face as he hears Ren, behind him. "Describe how you became Prince, Ren?" Otonashi asks, "Also, I don't appreciate the insult. I haven't provoked you, anyway." Otonashi prepares himself for the worst, which is killing the Prince. He doesn't believe this man was able to hold such a high position, anyway.

"I was beside Shikyo and echo in taking over Gallia..." I sighed and sat in te chair beside shikyos "and I surpassed keita in strength.... The former leader... I believe only 2 people in this world could hope to defeat me..." I let a chair rise from the void infront of otonashi "now we just sit an wait..."

Otonashi sits in the chair before further discussing Ren's title. "Power alone doesn't grant royalty, you know?" Otonashi confirms, "You could be next to unstoppable, and even the invincible King could choose not to appoint you." Otonashi's grin now turns into a smile. "What are your duties as Prince?" Otonashi wonders while the two wait, "I know, for one, it mustn't be ruling land. Is this why you're attempting to kill others?"

"I'm also one of the descendants of the first satan... A lost bloodline..." I looked at him coldly "I Mayer to be notified of my role... That is why I'm here.. Recently I've just been piece keeping... And I like killing because it's amusing.. " I rolled my neck side to side cracking it "do you not think I would be a suitable ruler...? Why..?"

"No, you wouldn't." Otonashi admits, "A ruler is like being a father, and as a father, you need to admire, care for, and cherish your children." Otonashi stares at Ren blankly as he says this. "If you're a father killing children, what's the point? You're eliminating your own fame, and decreasing the probability of you living a happy life." Otonashi's face becomes concerning. "As a Prince, don't you want to be adored." Otonashi wonders.

"Suppose your right..." I thought about it for a while "but if a prince can defend a country... Then he'd be adored regardless..."" And besides.. I don't kill pointlessly... Only criminals and people whom appose me..."

"You're defending a country, but reducing it, at the same time. How does that help?" Otonashi debates, "You also admitted your destructive, so despite the lack of death, you're hurting feelings, Ren." Otonashi mentions, "Are you proud of this fact?" Otonashi looks at Ren hatefully, judging him as being mistaken in his concepts. He wonders if this man should really be entitled Prince.

"I don't slaughter anymore.... Only during the initial take over..." I sighed beginning to lose interest "I suppose I could try to change..." I said in a drab tone as I started to ply with fire on my fingertips

"Live to satisfy others." Otonashi advises, "That's how a true Prince is born." Otonashi stands up, and begins walking towards the door. "It seems the King isn't coming, and so for now, I must be going. Please inform him that I have a discussion at hand." Otonashi states, "Until then, I hope to see great development in this kingdom. You people lead Gallia, anyway." Otonashi grins before using his Arc of Space, now choosing to explore the distinct lands of this world.
