Home sweet home (Open/non-combat)

Off in the distance could be heard a loud engine, that was me coming home after 2 months of being gone. I park my bike in the garage next to the house, the house itself was slightly burnt due to Keita's fire but still standing, proud and tall, "I may have to replace a few things but everything is in order" I say walking up to the porch feeling the strong spruce wood that stood with Mythril struts, walking over to the hand carved door I walk in. On the inside everything was like I had left it, I walk over to the stove and pull the [very old and rotting] stew off. "Thats quite nasty..." I say holding my nose and putting the contents down the drain, I then promptly washed to pot out and put it away. I then clean out the old coffee that was left in the coffee pot and start to brew some more, I then walk over to a cubby in the wall where I put my sling, backpack, and trench coat down in. I then did some cleaning around the house and made few repairs and replacements of stuff that was partially burned. After about 2 hours of doing that I walk over to the coffee pot and pour some nice hot coffee and sit down on the couch and think to myself while taking out a small pocket journal I write some stuff that needs to be replaced and cross off -Moving back in- off the to do list. I take a sip of coffee then lay my head back "Home sweet home..." My voice trails off as I take a short nap.


I then wake up 3 hours later my coffee had gone cold "-yawn- oh well I'll just re-heat it." I get up and throw it in the microwave. After finally finishing my drink I head out to the garage with my tool belt on and my gloves on, I prop up my motorcycle and start tuning it up and replacing parts that have needed it forever now. I had the radio on the rock station listening to 99.3 K-rock [a Kansas rock station Irl] they were playing "Gotta Be Somebody" by nickleback at the moment. About 2 mins after the song started I feel as if somebody was near I didn't know who but I kept my mind off it and kept working on my bike.

Harsolf was walking around the forest looking for quins house he got directions from a lady down the road. Harsolf was following a trail when he saw the house he went up to the door and knocked on it as he did he was pulling out a cigarette while he waited

I kept working peacefully up until I heard somebody knocking at my door, I turned the music down and went inside to answer the door. Upon opening the door I see Harsolf "What brings you here?" I ask while wiping oil off my hands with a handkerchief.

I have to talk to you about something. Harsolf replied May i come in? Harsolf asked weary from his travel

"Come on in" I say to him "But before you do, put that out" I say while pointing at his cigarette. I then walk over and put my toolbelt in a small footlocker and walk over to the kitchen area and put a pot of coffee on. "feel free to sit down." I motion towards the couches that were surrounding a television that was above a fireplace.

Much to Harsolf's irritation he puts it out then walks in and sits on the couch. sigh you need to make this place easier to find. Harsolf told him Iv been walking forever. Harsolf said

"That's the point" I say kinda annoyed "What did you need to talk to me about anyway?" I pour myself some coffee and then sit down across from him.

Harsolf sat forward elbows on his knees and his chin resting on his hands Ever since Lethe came to gallia iv been thinking about Elincia Again iv been drinking more and smoking more ever since she came i feel like im hearing her death for the first time again. Harsolf told him

"Who is this Lethe?" I look at him curiously, "Is she a descendant of Elincia?" I take a long drink of coffee "What did you want me to do?" I say looking at him questioningly "Be your therapist?"

[Quin hasn't met Lethe at all]

First off i just wanted to talk im not thinking of suicide. Second lethe is elincia's niece. Harsolf told him

I smiled "I was joking but not all therapists are to relieve people from committing suicide." I then took at drink "what is it you need to talk to me about though...what can I do that anyone else can't?"

Iv been trying to get elincia out of my mind but i just cant. Harsolf told him Your my oldest friend besides keita which is dead and luc but who knows where he went so i came to you. Harsolf said Iv started drinking to get rid of her but that hasent worked. Harsolf told him

"Who then do you have to protect now?" I ask while sitting back in my seat anylizing his movements and responses to my question.

I thought it was obvious. Harsolf said Its lethe. Harsolf told him

I sigh "If thats so then shouldn't you be protecting her?" I ask confused not knowing how to solve his issue.
