The body in peices training spells. (gained these from my training in The body in pieces topics)

Name of spell: Power siphon.
Type: draining
Effects: Makes a thirty foot circle around him that drains all magic from the area and magic can't be cast from outside and be brought into the circle (making all magic useless inside the circle but at what cost) draining all magic that is used storing it inside his mind. (Includes weapon enchants, his own magic and weapons enchants included, except for Power Siphon)
Passive or Active or Continuous: continuous.
Verbal or Non-verbal: non-verbal activates at the beginning of battle.
Weakness/cost: He has to use a constant of a magical stone powder called lyrium (he carries a lot in his pouches from his training onwards.) When sustained for more then 10 of his own post (still works on the opponent's turn) it will kill him. (Power build up expluding his mind can be released in the spell "Power Surge".

Name of spell: Power Surge
Type: stat boost
Effects: Takes power from "Power Siphon" and lets it flow through him increasing all his stats (speed, strengh, etc...) Last for how ever long he has by X3 been building the power up.
Passive or Active or Continuous: Continuous
Verbal or non-verbal: Verbal says let the "Power flow within me." On the first post it is activated.
Weakness/Cost: Takes the stored power from "Power Siphon" and a little lyrium. The only way to end "Power Siphon"

So all magic within the circle is drained?including your own? And how much power does it take for your head to explode?
Also last thing. Spells can be activated outside the circle. Are they de activated/ negated when they enter the circle

Please put these specifics.

To answer your questions: all magic yes including mine, it isn't the power that kills him but the storage of said power so it is pretty much limitless, lets say that it was a weapon enchant someone activated outside the circle then brought into it the magic from the enchant would be drained and negated the weapon enchant effect would still be there it would just be no use until the person steps outside the circle or I use "Power Surge" now on the other hand if the spell was an attack spell and the spell were to come into the circle its magic would be taken and stored not deactivated or negated just morphed into power that is stored if the spell is a defensive it would simple be negated stopping the spell doing the same as the weapon enchant. (All magic gained from this is used to eventually power "Power Surge")

Hmm..okay... Also.. How many times does it increase your power?

It increases my power by times three or X3 as in I have 300% my normal stats if used for one post.
