New World Order

Upon killing the leaders of each race, the demons were now the conquers of the world. Shikyo had been placed as King to rule over this new era. His first command was the erection of monuments. The first monument was placed in the Demon Capitol, now the capitol of the world. This monument depicted the victory of the demons over the rest of the world. Upon a massive pedestal stood Echo and Shikyo. Echo stood facing the North with his sword, the Arc of Time, held high above his head. Facing the South was Shikyo, with six arms. In each arm was the heart of each of the fallen leaders, a knife in the last. Around the base stood the leaders of old, their chests ripped open, the hearts missing.

On the one year anniversary of the Demon Victory, Shikyo commissioned monuments to be placed in the old capitols. A stoic likeness of the old Leaders were placed in their respective lands.

For five years, the land enjoyed peace. Many people often went missing, known to be taken by the demon army, which served to keep the people in fear of their new leader even though, they enjoyed incredible freedom having only to pay a reasonable tax, paid by any method available to the race, to their new King.

However, the new King grew bored and knew that unrest was inevitable among the people. Therefore, he made this announcement and had his words posted at any and all notice boards across the lands, "I am King. I have earned this rite by the blood of the fallen. I took it to be mine and I believe myself to be a fair and stern leader. However, I am not blind to the unrest that grows among my people," he paused, "all my people. Therefore, all those who would wish me removed from power and think that they could do a better job than I, are welcome to it. There is only one condition. You must kill me in single combat. I will accept all challengers who wish to face me. If you wish to rule, you must earn the right to do so. Nothing in this life is free."

Standing in the North, with his shredded sword held high, Echo would use the Arc of Embodiment to its fullest extent, forming a kingdom in the sky. As the Supreme Ruler of Gallia, Echo had complete control over this world now, while King Shikyo made the laws and orders. He revised everything, including his sword by channeling his green, healing flames into it, perfecting Hades once again. Gallia was now taken over completely by the demons, along with one Caesium. However, now that Echo ruled this planet, it'd take more than just three or even four to create a full force of royalty. He needed others.

"Behold!" Echo announces as the kingdom appears, reigning over the world of Gallia, "It is time that we rid the world of those who make it imperfect, and fill it with our desires and needs!" The kingdom ascended swiftly into the sky until it was almost unreachable. Only those who had some form of dimensional magic could now come into contact with it. This was only stage one of Echo's plan as he vanishes, taking the throne upon his new creation.
